Uni-Gib Couplings

Uni-Gib Couplings

The CIVILPIPES UNI-GIB Coupling is an unrestrained mechanical coupling that is suitable for use in potable water; non-potable water and wastewater pipelines.

The couplings can join most pipe materials and each size is designed to fit a range of outside diameters, and therefore ideal for joining PVC-O, PVC-M, PVC-U, GRP, DI, AC, and Steel pipelines.

Flange Adaptor Couplings

Flange Adaptor Couplings

Flange adaptor couplings provide an effective means for inserting a flange into a pipeline for connection to another flanged component or valve. These adaptors are suitable for use in potable water; non-potable water and wastewater pipelines.

The un-restrained mechanical coupling end can connect to most pipe materials and each size is designed to fit a range of outside diameters. The flange end is drilled to AS 4087 PN16 as standard and other drilling patterns are available on

PE Restraint Couplings

PE Restraint Couplings

CIVILPIPES XCEL PE Restraint Couplings are designed to provide a full restraint connection for polyethylene pressure pipes and are suitable for use in potable water; non-potable water and wastewater pipelines.

The couplings have a grip ring that, when fully tightened, secures the pipe joint to provide a full restraint connection.

SS Repair Clamps

SS Repair Clamps

SS Repair Clamps provide a permanent repair for most damaged or leaking pipes, and they also provide a permanent solution for offtake connections to existing pipes.

The materials used are suitable for use in potable water, non-potable water and sewer applications.

Repair Clamps are available in a wide range of diameters, lengths and configurations (1, 2 & 3 part); and each can be fabricated with a BSP, Flanged or DWV offtake as required.

Applications

Suitable for water and sewer applications.
Designed for permanent pipeline repair and offtakes,
Not suitable for joining pipes,
Clamps DO NOT provide any axial restraint
Flexible Couplings

Flexible Couplings

Flexi couplings are designed to join and repair low pressure water and wastewater pipelines.

The Flexi Shear Band coupling has an added SS band fitted and additional joint strength and support

Each coupling can join a range of pipe materials and sizes, and when the pipe outside diameters differ by more than 12mm, a Flexi Bush can be added to ensure a positive joint.
