PVC DWV Sewer

Our range of PVC DWV pipes and fittings are manufactured to AS/NZS 1260 and are suitable for drain, waste and vent applications. The system is suitable for below ground and above ground applications and is supplied with either a rubber ring or solvent weld jointing system.

National plumbing standards, WSAA codes and local authority standards determine the product required for each application.

PVC DWV Pipe

DWV pipes are designed for non-pressure waste water and sewer applications and are supplied with either a rubber ring or solvent weld joint system.

Pipes up to DN80 are classified by minimum wall thickness and pipes DN100 and greater are classified by stiffness (SN rating).

SN4 and SN6 are generally used for plumbing and domestic applications, whereas the higher SN8 and SN10 rated pipes are used for municipal drainage and sewerage reticulation applications. The requirements of national codes and local authority standards will determine the pipe class and jointing system to be used.

DWV Rubber Ring fittings with a flexible rubber ring are designed to accommodate thermal movement or ground movement and are suitable for above ground and below ground drain, waste and vent applications.

DWV Pipe saddles are designed to provide a permanent sewer branch connection to existing sewer pipelines.

We offer a range of PVC Saddles that can be glued and strapped to the pipe, as well as a range of wrap around SS Clamps OB junctions with an elastomeric seal pipe connection.

DWV Maintenance Shafts

DWV Maintenance Shafts

We offer a range of Maintenance Shafts that have been appraised by WSAA and approved for use by the major water authorities.

Where approved, maintenance shafts are quick and easy to install making them an ideal replacement for traditional manholes.

Maintenance shafts can be configured with up to 3 inlet junctions at varying angles and inverts; and can include riser pipe junctions for larger drop connections.
